Permanent Ceramic Magnetic T-Rails are available in three standard face widths - 800 Series, 600 Series, and 900 Series. All available with mounting holes or mounting brackets. T-Rail Straight Sections and End Sections have constant magnetic force throughout their entire lengths. End Sections with angle cut off are used to feed into and from Bunting® Magnetic Pulleys. Take-Off Sections are used to remove objects from magnetic field. They are at full force at infeed, decreasing down to almost zero for smooth discharge of parts without damage.

They are available in face widths and magnetic strengths corresponding to the T-Rail Straight Sections and come with standard outside radii of 18, 24, and 36 inches. Magnetic T-Rail Take-Off End Sections Take-Off Sections are designed with gradually decreasing magnetic force along their length to remove ferrous materials from the conveyors magnetic field. These End Sections, are often used with Magnetic Pulleys or at the end of a long Straight Section.
