Easy to Clean - Easy to Monitor
Clear 3/8" polycarbonate drawer front
lets you monitor resin flow and tramp iron accumulation at
a glance. When you're ready to clean the magnetic cartridges,
just shut the optional Slide Gate, allow the housing to empty,
and remove the drawer module. Our drawer openings also give
you plenty of clearance. So the chance of an accidental wipe-off
as you remove the drawer is virtually eliminated.
Rugged Mild and SST Construction
Our housings are built to last and guaranteed
against defects in materials and workmanship for as long
as they are owned and used by the original purchaser.
Standard housings are made from 10-gauge mild steel. Optional 11-gauge
stainless steel housings are ideal for sanitary service,
for corrosive environments, and for use with Rare Earth
Cartridges. All models have extra reinforcement around slide
gates and drawers for superior strength and torsional rigidity
in comparison to cast housings.
Our drawer magnets are designed using a 5-to-1 safety factor
and can support symmetrical compression loads of 10,000
pounds. Our sheet steel construction offers a far smoother
interior surface than cast housings. Most powdered colorants
and resins slide off without sticking. Your operators will
find it much easier to purge and clean Bunting® Drawer Magnets.
