Magnetic Pulleys fit a wide range of applications and are
used on corner transition sections or at the end of Conveyor
Sections to separate ferrous from nonferrous materials.
Pulleys can be used to reduce wear on slider beds and reduce
belt loading by reducing friction at corner points.They
are also used together with Bunting® Magnetic T-Rails and/or
Plate Rails in a complete magnetic conveyor systems. They
are often located at transition points to help transfer
ferrous objects moving on a vertically oriented belt to
a horizontal orientation or from a horizontal to a vertical
orientation.
Bunting® Magnetic Pulleys can be used to turn parts over,
to feed parts and sheets into machinery and, in combination
with Magnetic Take-Off Rails to separate ferrous contaminants
from conveyed material. Magnetic Vee Pulleys - for conveying
pipe and tubing - and Upstaker Pulleys - commonly used in
canning operations - are also available.
